Lennox Head to Ballina is another oldie but a goodie from our walking archives. We last did this walk in August 2015, and the change in scenery due to weather and weathering was extremely noticeable. Apart from the fact it has been much greener in the past, water holes have dried up and coastal rock formations have fallen or changed shape due to wind and water erosion. It is still a very beautiful walk though, and one we are happy to do again and again. The overcast sky and sea breeze helped keep us cool and we were delighted to see a great many whales heading south. |
